This is a Boy Scout District manual that we distribute to our district volunteers, unit leaders and chartered organizations.  Explains district and council operations.  It is in Word 6 format, but can be read by most other word processors.  Was developed by our last district chairman, Tony Lorenc, and revised by the current chair, Al Hellwige, for the West Morris District.  Can be modified for any district
